Full search and recruitment services are provided by CVO Technology Recruitment consultants both on a contingency and retained fee basis, our ultimate aim
being in both cases to relieve the employer of the burden of qualifying
candidates, thus saving valuable company time.

Contingency Search
A Contingency search is a placement oriented service – a client has the
advantage of paying no fee until the position is filled. A recruiter can
usually provide potential candidates in one or two weeks, and will continue to
refer additional candidates, as they become available until the search is
filled or closed.
It is best suited for those companies that do not want a devoted effort on their
behalf, yet want to see qualified candidates with whom CVO Technology
consultants are currently working. Contingency search is client need oriented
but we are also determined to represent qualified individuals seeking
placement.
CVO Technology strongest advantage when compared to our main
competitors lies in our capacity to quickly provide a remarkable number of
applicants from a significant pool of previously evaluated individuals from
junior professionals to middle managers who have their CV-s with CVO
Technology.
Service process

Candidate identification and selection criteria definition
Our consultant will send the client a questionnaire to fill in. On the basis of
the received information we will complete a list of critical requirements for
the successful applicant.

Candidate selection
Our consultants will search CVO Technology resume base for requested individuals;
if required, we also conduct an open media campaign in selected local and
regional newspapers, which will then be billed and agreed upon on a separate
basis. The CV-s will be collected and evaluated against the criteria provided
in the earlier phase of the project but the selected prospects will not be met
personally nor approached with a detailed job offer.

Interviewing and reference investigation
Prospects selected by CVO Technology consultants will be called for a face-to-face
interview. In the course of the interview we will check the information
presented in the applicant's CV as well his/her motivation for applying for the
position. A reference check will follow with at least two referees per
candidate who are capable of providing insights about the candidate's
qualifications. The collective comments made by these references along with the
interview results are then presented to the client.

Submitting CV-s to a client
After the selection, we submit the most relevant CV-s to a client for him/her
to then decide with whom s/he would like to proceed with. CVO Technology consultants can also provide additional evaluation for the selected
individuals, using our list of assessment tools, in case a client wishes to
test their more specific skills or competencies (a list of those as well as the
price would be then agreed upon on a separate basis).

Selected candidate exclusivity period
Due to CVO Technology commitment to provide our prospects with quality
job offers to meet their interests and requirements, we insist that a client
can only maintain the selected CV-s for a limited period of time (2 weeks)
after which our consultants are permitted to approach the applicants with other
job offers and we can thus no longer guarantee that the candidate would be
available if a client has made his/her decision.

Project co-ordination
Throughout the search and selection procedures, our client can have a full
overview of the recruitment project as well as introduce changes into the list
of selected individuals or their further selection criteria, if required. Our
consultants guarantee that the client and candidate information in our use
remains confidential.

Replacement guarantee
CVO Technology guarantees placed candidates. In the event the
hired candidate is fired during the probation period (usually 3 months) due to
unsatisfactory job results or loss of confidence, CVO Technology
consultant will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee except for
the additional out-of-pocket expenses incurred with any such added recruitment
(e.g., printed media and online advertising). Our guarantee is contingent upon
CVO Technology consultant being given all fact related thereto within
five (5) working days after the termination and full payment of our fee within
14 days after your receipt of CVO Technology invoice. A client will
not be entitled to a refund of fees, costs of expenses. The replacement
guarantee terms and conditions must be agreed upon between the client and the
consultant at the time of signing the contract.

Retained Search
Retained search is based on the tailor made principle – every project is being
handled as a unique one and while selecting the search strategies we focus on
every client's particular business sector, organisational specifics and hiring
needs. We make every effort to understand the key desires of the position
qualifications by meeting the key positions of the future employee (direct
supervisor, co-workers).

Position assessment and specification
We thoroughly analyse the client organisation and position requirements as a
result of which our consultant will prepare a written proposal comprising a
profile specification which will be agreed upon with the client and will
comprise all the key factors (educational and professional background)
necessary for the future employee to succeed in his position as well as means
to evaluate those.

Research
In addition to internationally recognised search strategies CVO Technology consultants will employ the following tools to identify and
interest qualified individuals:

Project management and feedback
During the entire recruitment project, CVO Technology consultant
reports progress frequently (at least once every week) to the client as well as

guarantee that the client and candidate information in our use remains

Once a decision is made to extend an offer, we act as an unbiased “third party”
to assist in compensation negotiations, benefits review, offer acceptance to
increase the likelihood that a mutual agreement can be reached for all
concerned. Once the successful candidate is in place, our consultant is
available to support the newcomer's successful integration into the client
team.

Monitoring program
Our co-operation does not end with a single project after the selected
candidate has been selected and employed by a client. After the employment
contract has been signed, we aim at maintaining a long term and close
relationship with both the client and the selected candidate. We monitor hired
candidates and clients for their satisfaction at intervals (during the first
weeks, after the probation period) to ensure that everything is going well. We
report this information about the employee back to client, if required and
agreed upon previously with the employee.
